Return & Refund Policy

All of our products are made to order, just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size selected, change of mind, or similar.

Defective or Misprinted Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error, we've got you covered. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number, and we'll send you a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Wrong Address If an order is returned due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping.

Lost Packages If your package is lost in transit, please reach out and we'll work with our fulfillment partner to resolve it.
